• Deliver occupational therapy assessments and evidence-based interventions across the lifespan
• Complete functional capacity assessments to support participant goals
• Conduct assistive technology and home modification assessments where appropriate
• Work collaboratively with participants, families, carers, and other allied health professionals
• Develop practical strategies that promote independence, participation, and quality of life
• Produce high-quality documentation, reports, and recommendations
• Contribute positively to a supportive team culture focused on continuous improvement

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with current registration
• Passion for delivering ethical, participant-focused care
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to high-quality documentation and professional standards
