Key Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy assessments and evidence-based interventions across the lifespan
- Complete functional capacity assessments to support participant goals
- Conduct assistive technology and home modification assessments where appropriate
- Work collaboratively with participants, families, carers, and other allied health professionals
- Develop practical strategies that promote independence, participation, and quality of life
- Produce high-quality documentation, reports, and recommendations
- Contribute positively to a supportive team culture focused on continuous improvement
What They're Looking For
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with current registration
- Passion for delivering ethical, participant-focused care
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to high-quality documentation and professional standards
