Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans
Deliver person-centred, trauma-informed support to participants
Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
Provide training and guidance to support teams implementing behaviour strategies
Monitor and review behaviour support plans to ensure ongoing effectiveness
Maintain documentation in line with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission requirements
Uphold best practice and ethical standards in all aspects of your work
What They’re Looking For
Experience as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient, or Advanced)
Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioural Science, or related field
Strong understanding of the NDIS and Behaviour Support framework
Ability to build genuine relationships with participants and stakeholders
A practitioner who values quality over shortcuts
Someone who wants to grow, develop, and become an expert in their field
